Birthday CakeOne year ago today: “Hello blogosphere!”

Back then it was a Blogger blog and the format was different. The night before I had attended a dinner in central London organised as Robert Scobble was in town, I guess you could say I was inspired to start posting by all the people I met that night. One year on and the way I look at the web and also the world has drastically changed because of this Blog. Thanks to all the people at that dinner. I also wanted to thank David Tebutt and Abs who left me a comment on my first post. Getting those two first comments was such a great feeling.

It’s World Environment Day! Time to examine how big your environmental footprint is.

I got up extra early this morning to spend some time blogging as I’ve had to leave it on the back burner for the last couple of weeks but I’ve just had to spend the last 30 mins deleting spam comments. Literally hundreds of them. I’ve enabled registration for comments, something which I wanted to avoid but it seems like the only solution. Thank god for Wordpress “Mass Edit Mode”.
